Sep 17, 2025 | Faces & Happenings

From first-time recipients to national champions, this landmark edition celebrates winners chosen by judges and consumers.

The PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards celebrated its historic 20th anniversary edition at a black-tie ceremony held at the recently reopened Dusit Thani Bangkok, where the kingdom’s finest real estate achievements took centre stage across more than 40 categories.

A total of 26 development companies and design practices brought home the gold during the presentation of the 20th Annual PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards in the heart of the Thai capital.

In addition to competitive categories, the latest PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards gave consumers a platform to recognise the kingdom’s top developers through the People’s Choice Awards, with the support of the country’s leading property platforms, DDproperty and Think of Living.

As part of the 20th anniversary celebrations, the ceremony also paid tribute to construction workers in Thailand through an initiative supported by Dao Ethical Gifts, with the participation of Baan Dek Foundation.

Jules Kay, general manager of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events, said: “As Thailand’s longest-running real estate awards, we’ve proudly set the gold standard for the industry, showcasing the limitless opportunities in property development, across all its forms. Over the years, this journey has given us a unique perspective—and a deep appreciation for spaces that are resilient, sustainable and built to endure. What began as a modest ceremony honouring thoughtful design and quality development has grown into a celebration of real estate excellence across Southeast Asia and beyond. And it all started here in Thailand—a tourism powerhouse that’s also one of the region’s most desirable places to live, work and thrive.”

He added: “From Bangkok’s striking skylines to the relaxed lifestyle of Phuket, our awardees continue to prove that Thai real estate is a world-class proposition. As we mark the 20th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, we congratulate all our winners for bringing home the gold—and for making history at the same time.”

Suphin Mechuchep, Strategic Real Estate Advisor and chairperson of the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, said: “Even after two decades, the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards continue to raise the bar for property development and design across the kingdom.
