The PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards return for their landmark 20th edition by giving property seekers a voice in celebrating the kingdom’s finest real estate developers, with the People’s Choice Awards in Thailand opening the public voting on 8 August 2025 (00:00 Indochina Time) and closing on 22 August (23:59 Indochina Time).
Thai residents and citizens are invited to cast their vote in the 2025 People’s Choice Awards, recognising the most trusted property developers in the kingdom. Consumers will choose their trusted developers based on satisfaction, brand reputation, and project excellence. All votes and results will be independently verified and audited by HLB, the official balloting partner of the People’s Choice Awards.
Winners of the People’s Choice Awards will be revealed during the annual gala celebration of the 20th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards on 12 September at the newly reimagined Dusit Thani Bangkok, alongside winners of competitive categories and special recognitions.
Voting will be promoted through DDproperty, Thailand’s leading property portal, and media partner ThinkofLiving.com. Thirty lucky voters will get a chance to win Central e-vouchers worth THB1,000 each through an online raffle, with winners announced on 3 September.

Initially launched in Malaysia, the People’s Choice Awards have since been introduced to other markets covered by the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series. This year, the People’s Choice Awards will also be held for the first time in Vietnam.
The awards programme continues to expand its platform and impact around the region. Celebrating 20 years since its inception in Thailand in 2005, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series now covers the Middle East, Australia, Cambodia, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam.
Top winners of competitive categories from Thailand will advance to the prestigious 20th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in December 2025, where they will vie for prestigious Best in Asia honours.
